Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation by Venue or Organizer

An event can only be canceled by the venue or the event organizer due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to
• Severe weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Government-imposed restrictions or emergencies
• Venue-related issues

In the rare instance that an event is canceled, it will be rescheduled for a future date. We are committed to ensuring that all ticket holders have the opportunity to attend the rescheduled event.

2. Rescheduling of Events

Rescheduling of an event will only occur when absolutely necessary and under circumstances where no other viable options exist. As organizers, we recognize the inconvenience that changes to scheduled events may cause. For this reason, rescheduling will only take place after every effort has been made to proceed with the original event date and time. If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new event date. Ticket holders will receive email notifications and updates through our official channels to inform them of the changes.

3. No-Refund Policy for Rescheduled Events

We operate under a no-refund policy for rescheduled events. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders who are unable to attend the new date will have the option to transfer their tickets to a different game or event within the same season. This ensures that ticket holders still receive value for their purchase and have the opportunity to enjoy another event.

4. Process for Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request to transfer your tickets to another game or event by contacting our customer service team. The following conditions apply:
• Transfers are subject to availability for the requested alternative game or event.
• The alternative event must be within the same season as the originally scheduled event.
• Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted at least 72 hours before the new event date.

5. Special Considerations for Out-of-State Ticket Holders

We understand that attending a rescheduled event may pose unique challenges for ticket holders who reside out of state. In such cases, ticket holders may request a refund under the following conditions:
• Proof of out-of-state residency must be provided (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill, or other acceptable documentation).
• A written explanation of why attendance at the rescheduled event or alternative games is not possible must accompany the refund request.
• The decision to approve refunds for out-of-state ticket holders is at the sole discretion of the club and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds granted under these circumstances will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

6. Situations Not Covered by This Policy

This refund and cancellation policy does not cover personal circumstances unrelated to the event itself. Examples of such situations include, but are not limited to:
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Changes in travel plans
• Illness or injury unrelated to the event

7. Non-Transferable Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable to another individual unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reselling tickets through unauthorized channels may result in invalidation of the ticket without compensation or recourse.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we are committed to timely and transparent communication with all ticket holders. Notifications will be sent via the following channels:

9. Weather-Related Cancellations
